Proclaiming the gospel in word and in works of compassion across the world - and across the street.

As a community, and as individuals, God invites us to be His hands and feet and voice in mission to the world.   Stanwich World Missions offers a way to participate in local, domestic and global ministries in a way that maximizes the impact of your missions giving and hands-on service.

" The church doesn't have a mission. God's mission has a church..."

Mission Prayer Focus

Pivot Ministries is a Christian residential treatment program for men challenged by alcohol and substance abuse. Pivot's process transforms men from the self-centered life of addiction into a God-centered life of service. Many of students have graduated into leadership positions in their churches and communities, and have gone on to lead others to sobriety.

Pray for Pivot Ministries:

* For the students to open their hearts to God’s love and to discover their worth as God’s beloved children.
* To bless and encourage the staff as they teach, lead, nurture and inspire the students.
* To widen the circle of support for the ministry so it can increase its service and influence in the community.

Missions Committee

Stanwich World Missions is organized and managed by a Missions Committee. The committee consists of nine church members, three of whom are chosen each year to serve a three-year term.
