Infants and Toddlers
Stanwich offers a loving and safe environment for children every Sunday during worship services and also for special events when specified.  Pagers are available so parents can be alerted if they need to return to the childcare area.  Please advise us of your child’s special needs, allergies, feeding and naptimes, as well as any special blankets, pacifiers and toys which your child enjoys. Please label all personal items in advance, including bottles and snacks.

If you prefer to stay with your child during worship, a comfort room is available on the lower level.  The room is equipped with live video of the service as well as toys, rocking chairs, changing table and supplies.

Pre-Schoolers
Children 3 and 4 years old are welcomed into a special pre-school Sunday School just for them.  They play, learn and celebrate God’s love for them through music, crafts and Bible stories.  They also participate in the annual Christmas Pageant.   

Baptisms
Baptisms are usually performed during the regular Sunday worship service. 

At a child’s baptism parents make a series of important promises about raising their child in the Christian faith, and then the congregation promises to

support the parents in keeping those promises.  Please call the church office

to discuss a baptism.
